Instructions
- In this instance, the Bootlegger's version is a simple addition - fresh blueberries. Be sure to muddle the mint first with the sugar and water then add the blueberries. The idea is to squeeze the juice from the blueberries but not grind them to a pulp.

How much sugar???
Hello Marlene! Thanks SO MUCH for leaving your comment – we realized that the recipe on the website was not complete! We have updated it now and hopefully it will be easier to understand. The amount of sugar (or simple syrup) is really a matter of taste – some prefer more, some less. We recommend to start out with 1 cube and work up to the 2 recommended IF you want. Also, if you substitute simple syrup for the sugar cubes it can vary as well, depending on the concentration of your simple syrup. Best always to shy on the low side and add more if you want. We hope you enjoy it!
I am so impressed with your quick reply! Thank you. This particular cocktail sounds so delicious and I am anxious to try it! Cheers!!
