Keep in mind that most people will NOT want to muddle the mint in this recipe. You may want to experiment for yourself, but the traditional recipe calls for first adding ice to a tonic glass. Then pour the Seven Jars Pickleback Vodka over the ice, topping off with the Tonic Water. Stir and garnish with the mint and lime wheel.
